The Starting Over project has hosted a variety of refugee-related events and continues to do so whenever possible. Some events we do on a regular basis include the MPW Sidewalk Arts Show (July), the MVCC International Fair (April), World Refugee Day (June), the Utica Music and Arts Festival (Sept.).

For information about events, please like us on Facebook (Refugees Starting Over in Utica, NY) or follow us on Twitter and you will receive information and updates.

We coordinate with the Midtown Utica Community Center (MUCC) to organize and coordinate performers. If you are looking for music, dance, or speakers, please contact us and we will try to point you in the right direction.
